Tax Service Engagement

We will prepare your Federal and State income tax returns from information you furnish us, and we will process them with our computer.  We will not audit or otherwise verify the data you submit, but we will rely on the records you provide our staff.

Your return is subject to review by tax authorities.  You have the right to appeal any adjustments made against you by the examining agent.  In the event of an examination we will be available to represent you.  Billings for such services will be at the standard rate for the nature of services performed.
